Looking for the package somewhere near your front door or asking your neighbors. Sometimes, postal workers leave packages near doorsteps and not near residential post office boxes. Also, a well-meaning neighbor might have taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for protection against the rain or other bad weather.
Contacting USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or contacting your local Post Office directly and explaining that you have delivery confirmation, but no package was actually delivered, and ask them to start a tracking investigation to discover the whereabouts of your missing package.

We offer international shipping via USPS First Class International or DHL. Shipping options are not available in all countries. Typical delivery times for USPS First Class International are 2-4 weeks, however, shipping to some countries may take longer. For quickest and safest delivery service, please use DHL shipping option.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. This Limited Warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners, within three years from the date of purchase, provided that the ADV. product was purchased from an authorized dealer in the United States or purchased by military personnel from an authorized military outlet located on a United States military base. A copy of the original dated bill of sale must be presented whenever warranty service is required.

If you require warranty service, please return the product to the location where the product was purchased. If this is not possible and you live in the United States, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to obtain service or replacement. If purchased outside the United States, contact your local dealer for repair or replacement.
You are responsible for transporting your product for repair or replacement. ADV. will pay reasonable return charges for delivery to any location in the United States if the repair or replacement is covered under the warranty. Your bill of sale is your warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you.

Except as specified below, the ADV. warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. The following are not covered: re-shelling of handmade IEM's, product variation resulting from the nature of hand-making process, deteriorated and/or discharged lithium battery (after 1 year from purchase date), damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; acts of God; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by ADV.; damage caused by installation of parts that do not conform to ADV. specifications; units used for other than home and office use; units not used for their intended purpose; any claims based on misrepresentations by the seller; products sold on an “as-is” or final sale basis; or the cost of installing, removing, or reinstalling the unit. ADV.’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential damages. ADV. reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a comparable model. Any replacement units or parts may be new or rebuilt.
We strongly advise you to get your ear impression taken from a professionally certified audiologist. Please take the following precautions:
Use of biting block is required for tighter fitment. Make sure that the impressions are extended beyond 2nd bend of ear canal (indicated as yellow, see "Print this instruction"). Make sure that the extended area (indicated as white arrow, see "Print this instruction") has at least 10mm of space. Make sure to fill the area indicated as blue (see "Print this instruction").
Ship the completed ear impression along with a copy of your order confirmation to the following address. Make sure to keep the package well protected so that the impression will not be damaged during transit.

We will accept refit-claim resulting from poor fitment within the 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to contact us via email@example.com to begin refit process. Our warranty policy does not cover re-making / re-shelling after the initial 30 days from the delivery.
Clear photos of the IEM without the tips that can show the nozzle area in multiple angles
We will then determine if it is possible to design the Fidelity tips for the inquired IEM.
If it's possible, since we do not have the 3D scans of the the inquired IEM in our system, if you would like to order Eartune Fidelity custom tips for those, we would require your IEM to be shipped to our lab in California along with your ear impressions.
Upon receipt of your package, it takes us between 4-5 weeks to 3D design and craft your tips. Once finished, your IEM will be shipped back to you along with your new Eartune Fidelity custom tips.
