Oto-Ease is a water-soluble lubricant that is safe to use in the ear canal. It’s meant to help the custom tips slide into your ear canal easily. Not everyone needs it so try to insert the Eartune Live without it first and only use as needed.
Place a small amount of Oto-Ease around the tip (do not cover the sound bore) to help lubricate it for insertion.
