Eartune Fidelity tips are made based on the design of one specific IEM. Eartune Fidelity Mini tips are made based on user specified Core Diameter (CD) and Core Length (CL). While Eartune Fidelity tips are designed to work with the intended IEM 100%, Eartune Fidelity Mini tips may or may not work with the intended IEM - compatibility will depend on the weight, shape and wearing style of the IEM. Eartune Fidelity tips are only compatible with one IEM they are designed for. Eartune Fidelity Mini tips can be compatible with any IEM that share its CD and CL specification.
Measure your IEM nozzle. If the nozzle diameter is 3mm, select 2.7mm Core Diameter. If the nozzle diameter is 4mm, select 3.7mm Core Diameter. If the nozzle diameter is 5mm, select 4.7mm Core Diameter. If the nozzle diameter is 6mm, select 5.7mm Core Diameter. If the nozzle diameter is 7mm, select 6.7mm Core Diameter. Nozzle length is same as Core Length.

Itchy ears can mean multiple things. The first thing you want to do is to clean your Eartune Fidelity Mini tips with soap and water to ensure their cleanliness. Don’t use rubbing alcohol or harsh detergents as they can break down the silicone over time.
A little bit of soreness is normal in the first week of wearing the Eartune Fidelity tips. Your ear canal should get accustomed to them within a week. However, if the soreness persists please email us HERE.

Tech-care Ear-gel is a water-soluble gel that is safe to use in the ear canal. It’s meant to help the custom tips slide into your ear canal easily. Not everyone needs it so try to insert the Eartune Fidelity Mini tips without it first and only use as needed.
Place a small amount of Tech-care Ear-gel around the tip (do not cover the sound bore) to help lubricate it for insertion.
