Custom-fit items purchased through adv-sound.com

  • Due to the nature of the custom-fit manufacturing process, refunds are not accepted.
  • Take note that the shape of your ear canal may change due to growth / aging, and your custom-fit product may need to be re-made after 2-3 years from the manufacturing date.
  • We will accept refit-claim resulting from poor fitment within the 30 days of delivery.
  • Contact us via support@adv-sound.com to begin refit process.

Non-custom-fit items purchased through adv-sound.com

  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through adv-sound.com.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
  • Item must be in a resellable condition in order to be eligible for full refund. Destroyed package beyond repair, wear and tear on the product, missing accessories may incur 15% restocking fee.
  • The wearable items such as foam ear tips are not refundable.
  • Return shipping cost is not refundable.
  • No refunds after 30 days.

To return a non-custom-fit item purchased through adv-sound.com

  1. Pack the item in the original packaging with all included accessories.
  2. Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
  3. Label the package with the following address and ship via carrier of your choice.
